Helsinki’s Roadmap for Circular and Sharing Economy

Progresses on the roadmap actions implemented by the city of Helsinki are monitored by the tools used for the Carbon-Neutral Helsinki 2035 Action Plan. The sectors targeted by the roadmap are energy-efficiency and circular economy goals in construction, procurements, green waste treatment, the sharing economy and new businesses. To support these objectives, particular attention will be paid to education, communication, land use and planning through a set of specific and measurable goals.
